Director, Product

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product based in United States.

• As a Director, Product, you’ll lead complex product engagements for automotive OEM and Tier-1 clients, bringing strategic product management and hands-on delivery expertise to highly regulated environments.
• You’ll guide teams from discovery and scoping through execution, launch, and iteration, ensuring product strategy translates into clear, buildable plans.
• The role combines systems thinking, customer insight, technical understanding, and strong delivery leadership across the full product lifecycle.
• You’ll operate as a trusted, embedded member of client product organizations, partnering closely with engineering, design, research, and senior stakeholders.
• A major focus will be using AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, requirements analysis, prototyping, and delivery workflows while applying sound judgment where human precision remains essential.
• You’ll also help clients strengthen their own AI-ready delivery capabilities and build more autonomous, effective product teams.
