Director, Product Design

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Design based in United States.

• This senior design leadership role will define the experience vision for a sophisticated enterprise data security platform serving expert security professionals.
• You will lead the product design team while remaining deeply engaged with the craft, ensuring complex workflows feel intuitive, coherent, and effective.
• A major focus will be designing the next generation of human-and-AI collaboration, including agent-assisted investigations, explainability, trust, and human control.
• You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and executive leadership to shape product direction from the earliest stages.
• The role combines people leadership, UX research, design systems, product strategy, and hands-on design influence across a growing platform.
• You will establish measurable standards for usability and customer experience while guiding major initiatives such as platform migration and product consolidation.
