Create reusable implementation assets, reference architectures, and training modules to build capability across our internal teams and SI Partner ecosystem.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert, fostering collaboration between product engineering, field consultants, and customer implementation teams.
Develop and deliver targeted technical enablement workshops and field guides to continuously upskill global teams.

Lead technical discovery sessions to identify common requirements and integration needs across core commercial Life Sciences use cases.
Partner closely with Product Management to prioritize feature enhancements based on implementation trends and high-impact customer needs.
Publish solution blueprints and configuration best practices for recurring workflows to minimize the need for custom development.
Deliver Measurable Impact
Consistently develop and deploy implementation accelerators and process improvements that measurably reduce time-to-value for customers.
Lead regular internal and external enablement sessions to drive adoption of best practices.
Drive continuous improvement in global Solution Design implementation assessment scores and support overall growth goals for the Life Sciences portfolio.
