Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• •Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
• •Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
• •Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• •Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• •Keep the dish area clean and organized.
• •Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
• •Bag and haul dish area trash to the dumpster at designated times.
• •Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• •Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• •Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
• •Attend all scheduled team member meetings.

• •Previous restaurant experience is not required but preferred.
• •Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
• •Ability to write simple correspondence.
• •Ability to effectively present information to customers and other team members.
• •Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
