Key Responsibilities

• •Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently throughout service.
• •Clean, sanitize, and properly store all kitchen and service items including plates, utensils, pots, pans, and glassware.
• •Maintain cleanliness in dish area and assist with general kitchen organization.
• •Assist with trash removal, recycling, and breakdown tasks.
• •Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate needs to management.
• •Support kitchen prep or maintenance tasks as needed.
• •Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a sanitary workspace.

Compensation & Benefits

• •Hourly pay: $18–$20, commensurate with experience.

• •Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

Physical Requirements

• •Stand and walk for 6–8 hours per shift.
• •Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• •Frequent bending, reaching, and exposure to heat, water, steam, and cleaning chemicals.
• •Ability to safely operate dishwashing machines and handle breakable items.
