DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Du disponierst die Warenzustellung und organisierst gesamte Touren in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Sub-Frächter_innen.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für unseren B2B Partner_innen und überprüfst die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards bei den Sub-Frächtern.
  • Du trägst zur Lösungsfindung bei Zustellproblemen bei und kümmerst dich um die Reklamationsbearbeitung.

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Disposition mit.
  • Du bist gut organisiert, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Kundenorientierung aus.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und beherrschst die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
