### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Effiziente Planung und Koordination unserer Fahrzeugflotte
  • Organisieren von Transportaufträgen und Optimierung der Routen
  • Überwachung der Lieferungen und Sicherstellung pünktlicher Zustellungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Lieferanten & Kollegen in Bezug auf die Transportabläufe
  • Verantwortlich für die Einsatzplanung der Fahrer unter Berücksichtigung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Auftrags- und Kundenakquisition
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation bei Problemen im operativen Bereich (intern/extern)

### Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Spedition oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung als Disponent mit eigenem Fuhrpark von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Transport- und Logistikwesen sowie der rechtlichen Vorschriften
  • Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
