Nokia, Huawei). Auch für öffentliche Auftraggeber, Rundfunkunternehmen, Gemeinden und Städte sowie Unternehmen aus der Industrie, der Verkehrs- und Energiebranche geben wir jeden Tag unser Bestes. Wir betreuen unsere Kunden von der Idee bis zum Netz: als Komplettdienstleister für Telekommunikation bieten wir mit unserem Telcomplete®-Prozess individuelle Lösungen – angefangen bei Beratung und Planung bis zur Realisierung, Inbetriebnahme und Instandhaltung von Kommunikationssystemen.

Zur Unterstützung wünschen wir uns eine neue Kollegin/einen neuen Kollegen im Serviceteam mit Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Drei-Schicht-System.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Annahme von technischen Störungen an Mobilfunkstandorten über ein Ticketsystem
  • Kommunikation mit entsprechendem Fachpersonal zur weiteren Bearbeitung der Serviceaufträge
  • Bearbeitung telefonischer Anfragen sowie Erfassung und Pflege relevanter Daten
  • Nachbereitung der Tickets und Dokumentation der Vorgänge

Du bringst mit:

  • abgeschlossenes kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Büro
  • gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • technisches Verständnis und Lernbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft in Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht zu arbeiten
