Wir sind eine erfolgreiche Produktions‐ und Vertriebsorganisation für marktführende hydraulische Anbaugeräte sowie Wiege‐ und Kamerasysteme für Flurförderfahrzeuge. Durch eine Firmenübernahme haben wir den Bereich der mobilen Wiegetechnik ausgebaut. Zu unseren Kunden gehören sowohl Gabelstaplerhersteller und ‐händler in Deutschland als auch im angrenzenden Ausland.

## Aufgaben

  • Personalplanung und Montageplanung der Techniker
  • Planung der anfallenden Arbeiten in der Werkstatt der Techniker
  • Optimierung der Montageabläufe und der Organisation
  • Telefonischer und E-Mail-Support von Kunden und Partnern bei technischen Problemen
  • Durchführung von regelmäßigen Qualitätskontrollen bei Montagen
  • Abnahme von Montagen im Werk Herzogenrath
  • Transportvorbereitung von montierten Kundengeräten
  • Beschaffung und Bereitstellung von Verbrauchsmaterialien für Montagen
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Aufträgen im ERP-System

## Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt
  • Verantwortungsbewusster Arbeitsstil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kunden
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
