Mit einem internationalen Netz von Geschäftsstellen und Betriebsstellen bieten wir unseren Kund:innen innovative Lösungen für Transport und Logistik an. Für die stetige Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen suchen wir neue Mitarbeitende, die mit uns wachsen wollen.

Für unsere Geschäftsstelle in Mannheim suchen wir ab sofort einen Disponenten (w/m/d):

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Steuerung von Transporten in Süddeutschland, der Schweiz und Vorarlberg
  • Wirtschaftliche Disposition von Touren unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Auslastung und Qualität
  • Einsatzplanung und Steuerung unserer Charterfahrzeuge
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Fahrzeugauslastung sowie Minimierung von Leerfahrten
  • Kommunikation mit Unternehmern, Fahrern und internen Schnittstellen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung bestehender Dispositionsprozesse

Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Transport / Logistik, beispielsweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistungen
  • Deine souveräne Kommunikation mit Leistungspartnern auf Deutsch und Englisch setzt du regelmäßig ein. Du überzeugst durch ein sicheres, verbindliches Auftreten
  • Du verfügst über sichere MS Office Kenntnisse und bist auch in den gesetzlich geltenden Regelungen fit
  • Die Fähigkeit, dich intern und extern zu vernetzen sowie mit deinen Stakeholder:innen einen guten Kontakt zu pflegen, zeichnet dich aus
  • Durch deine Struktur behältst du auch in stressigen Situationen immer den Überblick - deine sehr guten geographischen Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
