District Service Manager-Gulf Region

Description

We have an exciting field opportunity! We have a leadership opening, a District Service Manager for the Gulf region, which includes Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.

This role is key to maintaining service level performance and driving profitability across the region. The DSM leads a remote team of Service Technicians, so strong leadership skills and comfort with technology are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Schedule and route technicians to maintain high service levels across the region.
• •Manage costs by optimizing routing, labor hours, parts usage, and trip efficiency.
• •Monitor technician schedules, missed dispatches, and open work orders.
• •Oversee parts returns, PMs, special projects, and escalations.
• •Proactively manage unassigned work orders to meet customer SLAs.
• •Ensure RMA compliance and follow up on any outstanding issues.
• •Reconcile credit card expenses and partner with internal departments as needed.
• •Host weekly district calls to provide updates and address team challenges.
• •Conduct performance reviews and collaborate with HR on staffing needs.
• •Provide occasional technical support, including weekend/after-hours coverage (every 6–8 weeks).

Qualifications:

• •Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• •Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and hands-on repair skills.
• •Proficiency with DB Analytics, Excel, Intellishift, and other tech tools.
• •Commitment to safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
• •Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to adapt to evolving technology
• •Excellent communication, planning, and prioritization skills.
• •Reliable responsiveness to emails and calls.
• •Must reside in one of the states within the assigned region.
