Own and continuously improve the Syn~Assist knowledge base, ensuring content is accurate, structured and up to date
Build and maintain AI agents and notebooks that support learning, onboarding and self‑service knowledge access
Work closely with product owners, business analysts, solution consultants and SMEs to capture, validate and curate critical knowledge
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally, supporting clients and teams across multiple regions
Back‑test AI responses with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, relevance and usability
Design and evolve AI‑enabled training experiences for both internal FNZ teams and external customers
Develop prompt guidance and best practices for effective use of tools such as Copilot and Rovo
Ensure documentation and training stays aligned with product releases and change initiatives
Play a key role in improving time‑to‑competency, helping FNZ scale high‑quality Capital Markets capability as the function grows
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years’ experience in documentation, training, knowledge management or enablement roles
Strong experience structuring complex information into clear, consumable learning artefacts
Understanding of financial services or capital markets concepts
Practical exposure to AI agents, notebooks and prompt design
Excellent written communication and instructional design skills
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
Highly organised, self‑directed and delivery‑focused
Experience with enterprise software platforms and operational workflows
Exposure to AI‑assisted learning or support tools
Familiarity with agile or product‑led delivery models
Why should you join us?
A hybrid 3+2 model combining working from the office and from home.
A competitive salary and excellent benefits, including full comprehensive health insurance, Life insurance, additional annual leave days after your first 12 months, sick days, and more.
Be part of a highly successful, rapidly growing, global business that is leading the delivery of financial services via cloud computing and partners with some of the world’s largest companies.
We provide global career opportunities for our employees at any of our offices in the UK, Czech Republic, Australia, New Zealand, China and more.
