【職務概要】

研華 iSystem 事業體專注於工業電腦及智慧運算相關產品與解決方案。我們正在尋找 DQA 設計品質驗證工程師（Design Quality Assurance Engineer） ，負責 Box PC 產品設計階段的品質驗證，透過系統化測試、自動化工具及問題分析，確保產品符合設計規格與品質要求。

此職位亦將運用 Python 與 AI 工具提升產品驗證及測試效率。

【主要工作內容】

  • 負責 Box PC 產品設計品質驗證與測試 。
  • 規劃並執行產品功能、系統穩定度及相容性相關驗證。
  • 進行測試結果分析、問題追蹤與驗證報告整理，協助釐清產品設計問題。
  • 運用 Python 與 AI-assisted / Vibe Coding 開發或優化驗證工具及自動化測試流程。
  • 與 RD、PM 及相關團隊合作，推動產品問題改善與品質提升。

【必要條件】

  • 熟悉 Linux 作業環境及基本操作 。
  • 具備 Python 程式開發或自動化腳本撰寫能力 。
  • 熟悉或具實際使用 AI Coding / Vibe Coding 工具 進行程式開發或工作流程自動化的經驗。
  • 具備良好的問題分析、邏輯思考及跨部門溝通能力。

【加分條件】

  • 電機、電子、資訊、資工或其他理工相關科系背景。
  • 具備 Server、Edge AI Hardware、IPC 或 x86 平台產品驗證 相關經驗。
  • 熟悉硬體系統架構、周邊介面或系統整合測試。
  • 具備自動化測試工具、測試腳本或測試平台開發經驗。
  • 對 AI 工具應用於產品驗證與測試流程具有高度興趣。
