MISSION

To provide technical drafting and documentation support for maintenance, plant modification, equipment improvement, and engineering projects. The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing, updating, and maintaining engineering drawings and technical documents to support maintenance activities and plant reliability improvements.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• •Engineering Drawing & Documentation Prepare, revise, and maintain mechanical, civil, utility, and plant layout drawings using AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• •Update as-built drawings after maintenance modifications and project execution.
• •Prepare detailed fabrication and installation drawings as required by maintenance teams.
• •Maintain drawing registers and document control systems.
• •Provide drafting support for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
• •Develop equipment arrangement drawings, spare part drawings, and maintenance-related sketches.
• •Assist in preparing technical documentation for shutdown and maintenance projects.
• •Support root cause analysis activities by preparing technical illustrations and equipment layouts.
• •Prepare engineering drawings for plant modification projects and equipment upgrades.
• •Assist engineers in generating technical specifications and scope documents.
• •Ensure all drawings comply with company engineering standards and safety requirements.
• •Maintain proper version control and document traceability.
• •Support regulatory and audit requirements by providing updated engineering documentation.
• •Coordinate with Maintenance Engineers, Supervisors, Project Engineers, and external contractors. # Participate in maintenance and project review meetings when required.
• •Communicate drawing updates and document revisions to relevant stakeholders.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• •Diploma/Certificate in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• •2-3 years of experience in technical drafting within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• •Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office.
• •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, layouts, and technical specifications.
• •Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal relationship skills.
