Job Description – UI/UX Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Noida

Industry: IT / Software Development

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of experience to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and design systems , with the ability to collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business requirements, user needs, and product objectives to create effective design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability analysis where required.
  • Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes .
  • Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications .
  • Develop and maintain UI design systems, reusable components, and design guidelines .
  • Convert complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
  • Ensure consistency in typography, colors, layouts, interactions, and visual hierarchy.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Review implemented designs and provide UI/UX feedback to maintain design quality.
  • Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design patterns, accessibility standards, and emerging tools .

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design .
  • Strong proficiency in Figma is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of:
  • Wireframing
  • Prototyping
  • User flows
  • Information architecture
  • Usability testing
  • Interaction design
  • Visual/UI design
  • Design systems
  • Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile applications .
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS limitations and frontend development concepts .
  • Good understanding of responsive design and cross-platform design principles.
  • Knowledge of UX research methodologies and usability principles.
  • Understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines is an advantage.
  • Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working on SaaS / B2B / Enterprise applications .
  • Experience with Design Systems and component libraries .
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite / Photoshop / Illustrator .
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or other frontend technologies .
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .
  • Exposure to AI-powered design/prototyping tools is a plus.
