Anstellungsart: Vollzeit-Praxis (Online-Studium) • Überregional • Start: Zum kommenden Semester / nach Vereinbarung

Das ist deine Aufgabe – Vom Praktiker zur Führungskraft:

  • Management-Praxis: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Resort-Leitung bei der operativen und strategischen Steuerung des Hauses (Dienstplanung, Qualitätsmanagement).
  • Digital Operations: Verantwortung für die Pflege und Optimierung unserer modernen Open-Source-Systemlandschaft (Odoo Property Management).
  • Gästebetreuung auf High-End-Niveau: Souveräne Schnittstelle zwischen Front Office, Service und unseren anspruchsvollen Gästen.

Das bringst du mit – Dein Fundament:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie (z. B. Hofa, Refa, Koch) oder mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung im erstklassigen Kundenservice.
  • Der unbedingte Wille, die gläserne Decke im Hotelalltag zu durchbrechen und betriebswirtschaftliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
