Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Praxisphase: Du unterstützt unsere Teams aus verschiedenen Abteilungen und bearbeitest spannende Aufgaben. Dabei kannst Du das im Studium erlernte, theoretische Wissen im praktischen Umfeld anwenden und erweitern. In Deinen Praxiseinsätzen lernst Du die verschiedenen Bereiche unserer IT-Abteilung (Software, Hardware, IT-Sicherheit, strategisches Prozessmanagement uvm.) kennen und erhältst Einblick in vielfältige Aufgabengebiete.
  • Theoriephase: in Kooperation mit der DHBW Ravensburg erhältst Du innerhalb von drei Jahren mit dem Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik – Data Science oder Business Engineering einen qualifizierten Studienabschluss und legst den Grundstein für Deine Karriere bei DELO.
  • Die Praxis- und Theoriephasen wechseln sich in einem 3-monatiger Rhythmus ab.
  • Während der gesamten Zeit wirst Du von einem Mentor individuell betreut.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Einen guten Schulabschluss (Fachhochschulreife oder Abitur)
  • Gute MS-Office- sowie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Interesse an IT-Themen
  • Ein hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
