Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

As a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect within DEME’s Digital Office Application Team, you play a key role in shaping and evolving our Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape.

You work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams and implementation partners to design scalable, secure and future-proof solutions that support our digital transformation journey. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on solution design, you ensure our Dynamics ecosystem continues to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Your responsibilities

• •Define end-to-end solution architectures within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape.
• •Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
• •Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and governance standards.
• •Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• •Act as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders on Dynamics 365 capabilities and roadmap opportunities.
• •Design integrations between Dynamics 365, enterprise applications, Power Platform solutions, Azure services and data platforms.
• •Define application, data and security architectures that support long-term business objectives.
• •Drive architecture governance, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Guide internal teams and external implementation partners in delivering high-quality solutions.

Your profile

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent through experience.
• •Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise application, ERP or solution architecture.
• •Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• •Proven experience delivering complex business application or ERP implementations.
• •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• •Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure platform services, API and integration architecture, data migration and master data management.
• •Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM), formerly known as Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• •Understanding of business processes within Dynamics 365 F&SCM, particularly Finance modules, is considered a strong asset.
• •Experience with X++ is a plus.
• •Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect certification is a plus.
• •Experience with Agile, DevOps and large-scale ERP transformation programs is an asset.
• •Experience in an engineering, industrial, construction or project-based environment is a plus.
