Job Summary
Salary Range: $19.47 - $31.09. Pay is based on experience.
Summary
Responsible for providing basic nursing care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and toileting. Also responsible for obtaining vital signs and specimens, observing and reporting patient information, and providing basic first aid.

Essential Functions
- Obtain and record vital signs and weights per policy.
- Provide hands-on patient/client care.
- Provide grooming and personal care to patients/clients.
- Feed or assist patients with meals and provide additional nourishment and hydration per the care plan.
- Collect and bag soiled linen and deliver it to the designated dirty linen area.
- Assist physicians and/or licensed nurses with treatments and procedures as needed.

- Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers required Nursing Assistant [LNA - New Hampshire] - New Hampshire Board of Nursing required
- Experience
- Clinical/Medical Office/Managed Care Experience 1-2 years preferred or Nursing Assistant Experience 1 or more years preferred
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- - Knowledgeable in general nursing assistant practices, personal care and basic medical services.
- - Knowledgeable of patient rights, privacy and confidentiality.
- - Demonstrates sensitivity to the needs of patients and employees.
- - Understands and is committed to maintaining highest level of confidentiality and adheres to policies on confidentiality.
