  • What You Will Do:
  • Perform quality control reviews of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) cases to ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Validate case documentation, risk assessments, and supporting evidence to identify gaps, errors, or missing information before approval or escalation.
  • Review high-risk customer profiles and investigate anomalies, discrepancies, and exceptions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Partner with analysts, case owners, and stakeholders to provide clear feedback, resolve issues, and support remediation efforts.
  • Track review results, document findings, and maintain accurate records for audit readiness and reporting purposes.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying recurring quality issues and recommending enhancements to workflows, controls, and documentation standards.
  • What You Will Need:
  • Experience in quality control, review, or analysis within EDD, AML, KYC, due diligence, compliance, or a related financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of Enhanced Due Diligence processes, risk-based review methodologies, and regulatory/compliance expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and control gaps.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess information objectively and accurately.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document findings and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple reviews and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency with standard business tools and case management systems.
  • What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Previous experience performing QC on EDD, AML, or KYC cases in a financial institution or managed services environment.
  • Familiarity with financial crime risk indicators, sanctions, adverse media, and source of funds/source of wealth reviews.
  • Experience supporting process documentation, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Professional certification or coursework in AML, compliance, risk, or financial crimes.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • The annual salary range for this position is €22,000.00-€36,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
