Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Format client press releases, proofread documents with speed and accuracy;

Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases;

Ensure all client requests are handled to the highest customer service standards;

Ensure that the team's routine workflow runs smoothly and that tasks are managed properly;

Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of distribution platforms and processes;

Maintain seamless collaboration with colleagues in other functions and provide help as needed;

Provide regular feedback on operational activities to the supervisor.

Desired Skills and Experience

1 year of working experience is preferred, Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply

Fluency in English and Mandarin communication, including reading and writing both Traditional and Simplified Chinese, is required to communicate effectively with our APAC clients.

Highly self-motivated and independent

Work Arrangements

5 days a week, 8 hours a day plus 1 hour break time;

Comfortable for shift schedule, ranging from 8 AM to 10 PM (for example 8AM - 5PM/ 9AM - 6PM/ 2PM - 10PM)

Comfortable for a roster that may cover weekends, for example, Wednesday to Sunday, or Saturday to Wednesday
