Einrichter Spritzguss (m/w/d)

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

● Rüsten von Spritzgießmaschinen

● Werkzeug- und Materialmusterungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fertigungstechnik

● Programmierung von Linearhandlings und Sechs-Achs-Robotern mit Inbetriebnahme zugehöriger Peripherie

● Optimierung vorhandener Fertigungsprogramme in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung

● Wartung von Spritzgießmaschinen und Handlings

Das bringen Sie mit:

● Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, Fachrichtung Formteile oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

● Berufserfahrung als Einrichter im Bereich Spritzguss

● Erfahrung in der Programmierung von Wittmann Linearhandlings sowie Sechs-Achs-Robotern im Idealfall mit ARBURG Selogica

● 1-Schicht-Betrieb

● Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

● Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
