Electrician | Sydney, NSW | Full-Time

Are you an experienced Electrician looking for a hands-on role with variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work across multiple sites?

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our Sydney team. This is a mobile, multi-site role , providing variety across different client facilities and the opportunity to work on planned, reactive and project-based maintenance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Facilities team, you'll be responsible for delivering electrical maintenance services across multiple client sites throughout Sydney.

Your responsibilities will include:

• •Carrying out planned, reactive, urgent and ad-hoc electrical maintenance
• •Fault finding, diagnostics, repairs and inspections
• •Supporting electrical and building services maintenance
• •Completing PRA and Job Safety Analysis before commencing work
• •Travelling between sites as required
• •Liaising with clients, stakeholders and office staff
• •Maintaining high standards across safety, compliance, KPIs and reporting
• •Completing work reports within one business day

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• •A Grade Electrical Licence
• •5+ years' experience in electrical maintenance
• •Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• •Experience with electrical systems and building services
• •Construction Card
• •Current Australian Driver's Licence
• •Strong knowledge of Electrical Standards and OH&S requirements
• •Ability to work independently and across multiple sites
• •Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• •Commitment to safety, quality and compliance

Cabling Registration and a Working with Children Check would be advantageous.
