1. Stellenprofil

Wir suchen einen qualifizierten Elektroniker/Programmierer, der für die Montage, Programmierung und Wartung unserer industriellen Produktionsanlagen verantwortlich ist. Sie agieren an der Schnittstelle zwischen Hardware (Elektrik) und Software (SPS) und stellen den reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicher.

2. Hauptaufgaben

  • \*\*SPS-Programmierung:\*\* Entwicklung, Anpassung und Optimierung von SPS-Programmen (speicherprogrammierbare Steuerungen), vorzugsweise Siemens Logo, WS-CAD sowie Codesys
  • \*\*Installation & Verkabelung:\*\* Aufbau, Bestückung und Verdrahtung von Schaltschränken sowie elektrischen Anlagen.
  • \*\*Inbetriebnahme:\*\* Funktionstests und Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen, Antriebs- und Sicherheitssystemen.
  • \*\*Wartung & Reparatur:\*\* Durchführung von vorbeugenden Wartungen sowie Fehlersuche und Störungsbehebung (Fehleranalyse) an komplexen Produktionsanlagen.
  • \*\*Dokumentation:\*\* Erstellung und Pflege von technischer Dokumentation und Schaltplänen.

3. Ihr Profil

  • \*\*Ausbildung:\*\* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik, Betriebstechniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • \*\*Erfahrung:\*\* Berufserfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung
  • \*\*Fachwissen:\*\* Kenntnisse in Antriebstechnik, Feldbussystemen (Profibus, Profinet) und HMI-System.
  • \*\*Persönlichkeit:\*\* Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit.
