  • 1. 提供Server產品售前與售後技術服務
  • 2. 產品技術文件撰寫與維護
  • 3. 系統操作包含軟體驅動、韌體與系統整合之工作
  • 4. 新產品測試與驗證
  • ◾Qualification
  • 1.熟悉 Windows及Linux (Yocto/Ubuntu/Debian)系統安裝與操作
  • 2.具備電腦軟硬體組裝與安裝技能
  • 3.英文聽說讀寫程度中等以上

【ISG AE】

  • ◾Job Description
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for products.
  • Write, maintain, and update product technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze issues, collaborate across departments to clarify and resolve issues, and provide feedback to customers.
  • Test and validate new products. Provide product training and technology transfer, and assist in product promotion.
  • Be able to travel for short-term assignments when necessary.
  • ◾Qualification
  • Master's degree or above.
  • Major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Embedded Systems Development: Proficient in various embedded system architectures, operating systems (such as Linux, RTOS), hardware platforms (such as ARM, x86), and related development tools.
  • Software Development: Expert in programming languages like C/C++ and Python, with familiarity with relevant development frameworks and tools.
  • Machine Learning and Deep Learning: Experienced in deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model optimization techniques.
  • Hardware Acceleration: Proficient in hardware accelerators like GPUs、NPUs and FPGAs, and capable of deploying AI models onto these accelerators
