  • Bedienen der Telefonanlage und Bearbeiten von Anfragen
  • Erteilen von Auskünften zu Wegbeschreibungen, Restaurantempfehlungen und Leistungen des Hotels
  • Bearbeiten von Gästewünschen und Anfragen
  • Verbuchen der Leistungen auf Gästekonten und Kassenführung
  • Reservierungsannahme und Reservierungsbearbeitung
  • Begleitung der Gäste zum Zimmer und Erklärung der Funktionen
  • Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
  • Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Sie stehen in ständigem Kontakt mit Gästen oder Kundinnen und Kunden, beraten und informieren diese überwiegend mündlich und am Telefon, erstellen aber auch schriftliche Unterlagen wie z. B. Angebote. Dementsprechende Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt!
