This role offers diverse clients, complex projects, modern tools, professional development, career progression, competitive pay and benefits, and a collaborative, inclusive working environment.
What your days will look like
- Design and implement tailored, legally compliant employee incentive schemes, including EMI options, CSOPs, growth shares, EBTs and EOTs, and produce precise legal drafting.
- Advise clients on structuring and managing plans, using analysis and due diligence to develop robust, practical incentive proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, align solutions with strategic objectives, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders to secure support.
- Monitor legislation and industry trends so PwC’s reward offering stays competitive and compliant, while mentoring junior colleagues and encouraging continuous learning and professional growth across the team.
This role is for you if
- You have professional services or relevant industry experience, ideally focused on employee incentives, plus strong legal drafting and legal or tax expertise.
- You communicate and present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- You manage projects, client relationships and multiple priorities effectively.
- You bring strategic, analytical thinking, close attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- You demonstrate leadership, can manage and develop colleagues at different levels, and work collaboratively.
What you’ll receive from us:
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more
