Employment Litigation Associate

This position is located in our Boston, MA location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• •Litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.
• •Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, and employment tort cases.
• •Advise employers regarding compliance with fair employment laws and related risk management, including dispute resolution programs.

Skills and Educational Requirements:

• •JD from accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials
• •5+ years of experience, employment law background strongly preferred.
• •Current MA bar admission or ability to obtain admission.
• •Understanding of current agency (state and federal) procedures
• •Excellent written and oral communication skills
• •Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• •Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• •Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills

For Massachusetts, the expected salary range for this position is between $207,500- $252,500. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
