Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do

• •Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) environments.
• •Manage software packaging, deployment, and lifecycle processes.
• •Monitor and troubleshoot software deployment issues across Windows endpoints.
• •Create, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
• •Support endpoint compliance, configuration management, and policy deployment.
• •Analyze incidents and problems related to endpoint management and software distribution.
• •Collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• •Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions.
• •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technology adoption projects.

Must-Have Qualifications

• •Experience working with enterprise endpoint management solutions.
• •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
• •Experience with software packaging and software deployment processes.
• •Understand and create policies according Microsoft Windows
• •PowerShell scripting skills.
• •Ability to explain technical concepts and solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• •Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• •Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AVD
• •Knowledge of Windows Autopilot
• •Experience with endpoint security and compliance management
• •Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes
• •Experience working in an international environment
• •Relevant Microsoft certifications
