Engineer - Business Excellence

Key Responsibilities

• •Support implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems and business excellence frameworks across the organization.
• •Drive continuous improvement projects using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• •Analyze business and operational data using Power BI and other digital tools to generate actionable insights.
• •Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
• •Coordinate and work closely with Cross Functional Teams (CFTs) to execute improvement initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.
• •Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation.
• •Promote digitalization and automation initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• •Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for process improvement.
• •Prepare management presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office applications.
• •Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and improvement assessments.
• •Encourage a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence across departments.
• •Support leadership in strategic business excellence initiatives and change management activities.
• •Prepare the MIS data for BEX function and extracting the valuable insights or gaps from data.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering / Masters in TQM

Experience

2-5 years of experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Quality Systems, Operational Excellence, or a related function.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• •Good knowledge of ISO Standards and Integrated Management System Frameworks.
• •Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• •Exposure to digital transformation tools and process automation initiatives.
• •Strong command over MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• •Knowledge of process improvement and quality management methodologies.
