Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Kunden, ein Unternehmen der pharmazeutischen Industrie in Mainz, einen Engineer Compliance & Qualification GMP (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium wie z.B. Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieur, Biotechnologie oder Pharmazie (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar.
  • fundierte Kenntnisse der GxP-Regularien in der biotechnologischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Industrie
  • einschlägige Erfahrung mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen und im Bereich der Engineering Compliance und der Teilnahme an Audits und Inspektionen z. B. als Engineer Compliance & Qualification GMP (m/w/d)
  • Initiierung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Abweichungen, Änderungen und CAPAs inkl. zugehöriger Dokumentation (z. B. Risikoanalysen, Plan- und Berichtsdokumenten, SOPs) gemäß guter Dokumentationspraxis
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit sowie eine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • hohe Affinität zu modernen Technologien und IT Systemen

Der Job

  • Sicherstellung der technischen GxP-Compliance
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Teilnahme an Audits
  • Bearbeitung von Quality events im Bereich Engineering, u.a. Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs
  • AnsprechpartnerIn bei technischen GMP- und Compliance-Fragen im Tages- und Projektgeschäft
  • Mitwirkung bei der Inbetriebnahme- und (Re-)Qualifizierungsaktivitäten (C&Q) für Facility, Process, HVAC, Clean Room und Utility Equipments einschließlich der Erstellung von Qualifizierungsunterlagen für pharmazeutische Produktions- und Laboranlagen in der Pilot Facility
  • Mitwirkung bei dem Aufbau eines Kalibrierprogramms und Sicherstellung der technischnen GxP-Compliance
