- Coordinate technical work across disciplines and contribute to project planning, scope development, schedules, and budgets.
- Direct, review, and mentor the work of engineers, EITs, and technical staff to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to project standards.
- Provide technical leadership on assigned projects, including evaluating design alternatives and recommending practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate directly with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to support project delivery, permitting, and issue resolution.
- Support construction or implementation activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and assisting with construction administration as needed.
- Model accountability, sound judgment, and professional conduct while reinforcing a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
