  • Oversees the planning, development, and evaluation of programs and interpretation of reservoir engineering data related to resource management to ensure resource sustainability.
  • Supervises site reservoir engineering activities and data interpretation, coordinates with concerned groups and stakeholders, leads resource assessments and resource management interventions, and ensures sound recommendations towards optimum steam availability.
  • Validates the correctness and suitability of reservoir management strategies pertaining to reservoir engineering in order to address resource sustainability issues and to optimize the capacity of the geothermal resource.
  • Ensures effective performance by establishing or enforcing policies and procedures, providing technical guidance to staff, and fostering an efficient and performance-oriented group.
