Principal Accountabilities:

• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consumer research, R&D, and engineering.
• •Compile and evaluate research on future product requirements.
• •Identify enhancements to current products.
• •Assist the product development team in testing strategies, including pricing, product design, marketing, advertising, and packaging.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

• •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent years of experience in a similar industry).
• •One year of related experience preferred.
• •Strong written and oral communication skills.
• •Proficient PC skills.

• •Good knowledge of a single specialist area through prior study or experience.
