  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
  • Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte, Finanzämter und weitere Institutionen in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung bei HR‑Reportings, Statistiken und Auswertungen im Rahmen des Personalcontrollings
  • Betreuung und Koordination externer Payroll‑Dienstleister (u. a. für internationale Gesellschaften)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Buchhaltung und Controlling
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen sowie HR-Systemen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und tariflicher Vorgaben im Lohnsteuer‑ und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Lohn‑ und Gehaltsabrechnung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer‑, Arbeits‑ und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Diskretion sowie ein professioneller Umgang mit sensiblen Personaldaten
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
