Job Summary: A Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with a variety of tasks to help maintain efficient workflow throughout the facility. This role involves helping prepare work areas, supporting equipment setup, assisting on the production line as directed, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Assist with loading and unloading raw materials, components, and finished products.
• •Help inspect products for visible defects during production.
• •Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• •Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• •Report safety concerns or incidents promptly.
• •Communicate with supervisors and team members to support workflow.
• •Support continuous improvement efforts and learn new tasks.
• •Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• •High school diploma or equivalent.
• •Basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse processes.
• •Strong mathematical skills.
• •Physical stamina and ability to lift or move heavy objects.
• •Overhead crane experience is a plus.
• •Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• •Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
• •Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• •Must be able to tolerate working in warehouse conditions.
