- Responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and appearance of a hospital or other healthcare facility, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Essential Functions
- Sweep, mop, wax, strip, and polish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets.
- Dust and polish furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and equipment.
- Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, door panels, windows, sills, blinds, and door glass.
- Empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles in assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize restroom facilities and fixtures, including sinks, urinals, toilets, mirrors, walls, and drinking fountains; replenish restroom supplies as needed.
- Pick up debris around buildings and grounds.
- Operate and maintain high- and low-speed stripping and buffing machines.
- Set up tables, chairs, and equipment for special events and routine hospital activities.
- Identify and report building maintenance needs in assigned areas and facilities.

- Experience working with the cleaning equipment and chemicals used in hospitals and healthcare centers 2-3 years required
