The Floor Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all types of floor surfaces, wall, and upholstered furniture. This position also may require other environmental services duties.
Position Details:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience : Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions. Previous experience with performing manual tasks. Prior experience working with the public; customer service.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred Certification : Gloss Tek.
- Experience : Prior hospital environmental service experience.
License : Valid current driver's license; obtain a chauffeur's license within 90 days of employment
- Physical Requirements:
- Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
