Responsibilities

Equipment Operation & Maintenance

• •Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment to achieve production goals.
• •Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) activities according to established schedules.
• •Conduct equipment inspections and health checks to identify potential issues before failures occur.
• •Assist in equipment setup, qualification, conversion, and recovery activities.

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

• •Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• •Utilize problem-solving methodologies and available tools to identify root causes.
• •Escalate complex equipment issues to engineers when required.
• •Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Quality & Process Support

• •Ensure equipment operates within specification and meets quality requirements.
• •Support engineering activities, trials, and qualifications.
• •Assist in collecting and analyzing equipment data for process improvement initiatives.
• •Maintain accurate maintenance and equipment records.

Continuous Improvement

• •Participate in equipment improvement projects to enhance reliability, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• •Support implementation of new tools, processes, and best practices.
• •Contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.

Safety & Compliance

• •Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• •Follow standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions, and cleanroom protocols.
• •Maintain a safe working environment and report potential risks or hazards.

AI & Digital Skills Requirement

• •Basic proficiency in AI and digital tools for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvement.
• •Experience using AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI) is an added advantage.

Minimum Qualifications

• •Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• •Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• •Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment systems.
• •Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• •Good communication and teamwork skills.
• •Willing to work in a shift environment.
