### Über uns

Unser Ziel ist es, Menschen jeden Alters dabei zu unterstützen, ihre Selbstständigkeit, Handlungsfähigkeit und Lebensqualität im Alltag zu verbessern. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Ergotherapeut/in (m/w/d).

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung ergotherapeutischer Befundungen und Behandlungen
  • Erstellung individueller Therapiepläne auf Grundlage ärztlicher Verordnungen
  • Behandlung von Patienten aus den Bereichen Pädiatrie, Neurologie, Orthopädie und / oder Geriatrie
  • Förderung von motorischen, kognitiven und psychosozialen Fähigkeiten
  • Dokumentation der Therapieverläufe und Erstellung von Berichten
  • Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und Fortbildungen
  • Durchführung von Hausbesuchen

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium als Ergotherapeut/in
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert, aber auch Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Empathischer und wertschätzender Umgang mit Patienten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Interesse an fachlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil (für Hausbesuche)
