  • Wir sind eine erfolgreiche, bundesweit agierende Unternehmensgruppe in den Bereichen Berufliche Rehabilitation und Integration.
  • Für unsere Niederlassung in Köln suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Vollzeit (evtl. auch Teilzeit) einen
  • Ergotherpeuten (mwd) im Bereich der beruflichen Rehabilitation von jungen Erwachsenen mit Autismusspektrum-Störungen und weiteren Zielgruppen
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Individuelle Unterstützung und Begleitung des beruflichen Integrationsprozesses, Betreuung und Anleitung unserer Teilnehmer
  • Durchführung von Eignungsanalysen sowie Feststellung kognitiver/handwerklicher Leistungsbilder
  • Durchführung von Unterrichtseinheiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Berufskollegs
  • aktive Vermittlung in Betriebe, Beratung der Firmen in der Zusammenarbeit
  • administrative Tätigkeiten (Dokumentation, Erstellung von Berichten)
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfahrungen in der Beruflichen Rehabilitation/Integration oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen
  • Interesse an ambulanter/interdisziplinärer Arbeit und beruflicher Integration
  • Teamorientiertes Arbeiten und eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz
