## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gemeinsam mit dem Kunden erstellen Sie eine Anforderungsübersicht
  • Sie entwickeln Lösungen im Team und implementieren die HR-Module vor Ort
  • Das Projekt dokumentieren Sie sorgfältig in einer Projektdokumentation
  • Change-Requests nehmen Sie auf und stimmen diese mit der Projektleitung ab
  • Sie begleiten und unterstützen den Kunden im Alltag z.B. durch Schulungen

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Fachrichtungen Wirtschafts-, oder Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im HR-Bereich bei Implementierungsprojekten oder Umstrukturierungen
  • Kenntnisse in der Implementierung von Lohn und Gehalt, Personalzeiterfassung sowie Personalmanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft (zum Kunden)
