  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Analyse und Organisation der Unternehmensprozesse bei unseren Kunden und die Erstellung von Lasten- / Pflichtenheften
  • Leiten von Workshops und Seminaren zur Aus- und Weiterbildung unserer Anwender
  • Du bist Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Leitung von Projekten und Teilprojekten
  • Du bist zuständig für die Konfiguration und Parametrisierung der ERP-Software entsprechend der Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse des Kunden
  • Selbstständige Planung und Organisation der Arbeit, Aufgaben und Termine
  • Schulung der Anwender im Umgang mit der ERP-Software auf Basis der Unternehmensprozesse
  • Erarbeitung von Konzepten zur Organisation bzw. zu erforderlichen Programmierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung
  • Ansprechpartner für unseren Support nach Übergang der Projekte in die Wartungsphase

## Diese Skills überzeugen uns

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der IT, einem betriebswirtschaftlichen oder prozessorientierten Zweig oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundiertes Wissen in kaufmännischen Prozessen im Mittelstand
  • Erfahrung als ERP-Berater oder als Key-User ERP
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, um sich in komplexe Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Planungs- und Organisationsstärke
  • Spaß am Umgang mit Software und Software-Schnittstellen
  • Eigeninitiative, effektive Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsgedanke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein souveränes Auftreten gegenüber unseren Kunden, auch in Konfliktsituationen
  • Fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus – weitere Sprachen sind willkommen
  • Reisebereitschaft
