  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • ERP-Beratung und Support an der Schnittstelle zwischen Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central und Branchensoftware
  • Analyse und Behebung von Anwenderproblemen sowie Softwarefehlern im First- und Second-Level-Support
  • Unterstützung bei der Prozessautomatisierung und Optimierung komplexer Abläufe
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Handouts und Durchführung von Webinaren zum Wissenstransfer
  • Mitwirkung an Migrations- und Schnittstellenprojekten im modernen Software-Stack
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Verständnis von Schnittstellen (REST-API, XML, HS4 Kommunikation, Protact Cloud) sowie von energiewirtschaftlichen Nachrichtenformaten (insb. EDIFACT, INVOIC)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
