# Ersatz-Maschinenführer/in (m/w/d)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Ersatz-Maschinenführer/in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Maschinenführer an verschiedenen Aggregaten
  • *(z. B. Querschneider, Planschneider, Umroller, RBK)*
  • Durchführung von Vor- und Nachbereitungsarbeiten an den Maschinen
  • Unterstützung bei Rüst- und Umstellarbeiten
  • Übernahme von Hilfs- und Unterstützungsarbeiten im Produktionsprozess
  • Sicherstellung von Materialbereitstellung, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Unterstützung bei Qualitätskontrollen und Produktionsabläufen

Nach entsprechender Einarbeitung zusätzlich möglich:

Bedienung von Maschinen während Pausenzeiten zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs

## Ihr Profil

  • Technische Ausbildung von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Produktion oder im Umgang mit Maschinen wünschenswert
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem
  • Motivation, perspektivisch mehr Verantwortung zu übernehmen
