Die Ev.-luth. Kindertagesstätte Mariensee des Ev. – luth. Kirchenkreises Neustadt/ Wunstorf sucht

eine/n* *Erzieher/in (vorerst befristet)

mit 31 Wochenstunden (mit Option zu Vollzeit und Entfristung) in der Kindergartengruppe zum 01.08.2026

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als staatliche anerkannte/n Erzieher\*in
  • Ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Kindern, Eltern und Mitarbeitenden ist Ihnen wichtig
  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und eine positive Arbeitseinstellung

Wir bieten Ihnen:

  • Eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in der Kindergartengruppe (Ganztags, 25 Kinder im Alter von 3-6 Jahren)
  • Ein starkes, großes Team, in dem Sie sich verantwortungsbewusst einbringen können
  • Regelmäßige Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten, sowie fünf Studientage pro Jahr
  • Eine faire Bezahlung nach dem TVöD SuE 8a mit dynamischer Entwicklung des Entgeltes
  • Freiraum zur Weiterentwicklung des pädagogischen Konzeptes und Umsetzung eigener pädagogischer Ideen

  • 30 Tage Urlaub (- 2 Tage Regenerationstage), Zusatzversorgungskasse und Hansefit

  • Eine motivierte pädagogische Fachkraft mit Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Engagement, Eigeninitiative und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Identifikation mit dem Konzept unserer Kita
  • Die Mitgliedschaft in der Kirche ist Einstellungsvorausetzung.
  • Die mit der Stelle verbundene Aufgabe erfordert grundsätzlich die Mitgliedschaft in einer der Gliedkirchen der Evangelischen Kirche in Deutschland.
