  • Aktive Elternbegleitung und Elterngespräche
  • Individuelle Förderung der Kinder je nach Entwicklungsstufe
  • Angebot von Einzel-, Klein- und Gesamtgruppenaktivitäten
  • Dokumentation der Entwicklungsfortschritte

  • Abgeschlossene, staatl. anerkannte Ausbildung als Erzieher (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung und Leidenschaft
  • Pädagogische Verantwortung und Ideenreichtum
