  • erwachsene Menschen mit geistiger und teilweise seelischer
  • Behinderung. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir individuelle Assistenz- und
  • Betreuungsangebote, die sich an den persönlichen Bedürfnissen,
  • Ressourcen und Lebenszielen der Bewohner:innen orientieren. Unser Ziel
  • ist es, Selbstbestimmung, gesellschaftliche Teilhabe und eine hohe
  • Lebensqualität zu fördern. Die Wohngruppe liegt ruhig in
  • Hamburg-Lurup und ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut

  • Ergotherapeut:in, Pädagogische Fachkraft:in oder Sozialpädagog:in im
  • Bereich Eingliederungshilfe / soziale Arbeit Bereitschaft zur Arbeit
