Wir sind ein etabliertes, familiengeführtes Unternehmen im Bereich der Personaldienstleistungen und suchen sowohl im medizinischen/sozialpädagogischen, gewerblichen als auch im kaufmännischen Bereich motivierte Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), die mit uns gemeinsam die Zukunft der Arbeitswelt gestalten möchten.

Wir unterstützen Kindertageseinrichtungen, Familienzentren, Jugendhilfen und Heime sowie Behindertenwerkstätten und Behinderteneinrichtungen

Aufgaben:

  • Erziehung und Förderung: Kinder im Krippen- oder Kiga-Alter
  • Planung und Reflexion: gruppenbezogener Tagesablauf, freizeitpädagogische Angebote
  • Dokumentation: Entwicklungsberichte und Portfolioarbeit
  • Eltern- und Teamarbeit: Offene Zusammenarbeit, pädagogisches Fachwissen

Anforderung:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher (m/w/d) oder gleichwertige pädagogische Qualifikation
  • Herz für die Bedürfnisse von Kindern
  • Freude Kinder zu begleiten und Ihre Talente zu fördern
  • Motivation: Bei der Umsetzung pädagogischer Konzepte
