Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher/in, Sozialpädagogische/r Assistent/in oder gleichwertig
  • Flexibilität, Selbstständigkeit, Lernbereitschaft
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Toleranz
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit dem Situationsansatz
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Sie verfügen über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Sie wollen gestaltend in der Natur tätig sein
  • Sie haben ein ressourcenorientiertes Menschenbild
  • Sie haben verfügen über eine hohe Affinität zur Naturpädagogik zu allen Jahreszeiten
  • Identifikation mit dem Leitbild der Arbeiterwohlfahrt
  • Weiterbildung „Qualifikation für pädagogische Arbeit mit Kindern im Wald“ erwünscht
